Service Description

Total Body Conditioning (TBC) class is a versatile group fitness workout that blends cardiovascular (aerobic) training with strength and core development, aiming to tone all major muscle groups for balanced fitness, suitable for various levels by using low-impact moves, light weights, and bodyweight exercises in intervals to improve overall strength, endurance, and flexibility. It's designed to be efficient, combining cardio and strength for fat loss and muscle toning in a single session, often incorporating elements from Pilates, Barre, and traditional aerobics.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel reservations a minimum of 6 hours before a class's starting time. If you do not cancel 6 hours prior to your class start time, you will be charged $15. . IF there should be a sudden emergency within the 6 hour window, please contact the studio as soon as possible. Important notes: If you do not have a credit card on your account and/or if it is declined, your account will show a negative balance and you will be required to balance this out upon your next visit. If you are ill and unable to attend your scheduled class, please let us know immediately to avoid the cancellation fee being charged.
