Fitness Classes

Spire Fitness offers a variety of fitness classes, including strength training, bootcamp, family and more. Classes may utilize fitness equipment such as free weights, battle ropes, Bosu balls and kettlebells. Classes are for all levels of fitness.

COVID-19 Update: As of August 2020, all Spire Fitness classes are offered virtually via Zoom or outdoors in Bucks County in accordance with local, state and CDC guidelines. Check our schedule and Facebook page for the latest classes and location information.

Current class locations include:
 

  • Core Creek Park, 1725 Woodbourne Rd., Langhorne PA (Enter from Woodburne Rd., near tennis courts. Classes are held under the ramada.)
     

  • Falls Township Community Park, 950 Mill Creek Rd, Levittown PA

Strong Mom's Club (mommy & Me)

At Spire Fitness, our mission is to motivate moms to make their health and fitness a priority. We help moms and their children create connection, friendship and a sense of belonging in a supportive, encouraging and uplifting environment. 

Spire Fitness’s Mommy & Me workouts are women of all fitness levels. No matter the age of your children, we welcome you for a great workout and excellent camaraderie. Please bring a yoga mat and light hand weights (also provided). 

Currently, classes are held at Core Creek Park near the tennis courts off Woodbourne Road, under the ramada. See schedule for details.

Strength Training

Spire Fitness offers a variety of strength training classes, including upper body, lower body and total body workouts. Get a fun and functional workout to tone muscle, build endurance, burn fat and improve coordination.

All you need is a little space and light hand weights. All fitness levels.

Bootcamp

Get your heart pumping with Spire Fitness’s bootcamp workout! Using a mix of aerobic, strength and interval training, you’re guaranteed a full-body workout that builds strength and endurance and scorches calories. Challenge yourself with diverse workouts incorporating calisthenics, drills, sprints, bodyweight exercises, functional training, core and balance work and more.

Spire Fitness’s bootcamp workouts are great because they build camaraderie among participants, with everyone supporting and challenging one another to do their best!
