Spire Fitness offers a variety of small-group fitness classes, including strength training, boot camp, family, mommy & me, and more. Our boutique studio offers clients a one-on-one training experience in a supportive small-group setting. Classes may utilize fitness equipment such as free weights, battle ropes, Bosu balls and kettlebells. Classes are for all levels of fitness.

Spire Fitness’s Mommy & Me workouts are for women of all fitness levels. No matter the age of your children, we welcome you for a great workout and excellent camaraderie.

Using a mix of aerobic, strength and interval training, you’re guaranteed a full-body workout that builds strength and endurance and scorches calories. Challenge yourself with diverse workouts incorporating calisthenics, drills, sprints, bodyweight exercises, functional training, core and balance work and more.
