SpireFit's Little Black Dress Project is on a mission to help women be more self-confident, lose weight, and celebrate being strong and sexy.
This 6-week transformation program for women features a clean-eating meal plan, fat-burning and body-sculpting workouts, and daily inspiration to help you feel FABULOUS, look AMAZING, and have the confidence to ROCK that Little Black Dress.

Unlimited fitness classes, including yoga and pilates
Dietician-approved meal plan and one-on-one consultation
Delicious and easy-to-make recipes with grocery lists
Weekly emails filled with mindset resources, activities to keep you motivated, fitness and nutrition tips, guidance, and much more
Development of a goal-setting with an action plan
Weekly one-on-one support and goal tracking with a coach
Resources to improve your mindset, self-acceptance, and self-love
Accountability support to increase motivation, socialization, and results all wrapped up in a pretty buddy package
A private Facebook group for support, community, and fun
Extra! Extra! At the end of the program, we’ll celebrate our progress with a Little Black Dress professional photoshoot. Each participant receives a digital copy of our group PLUS an individual photo as well!
