Boxing bootcamp this class will sculpt, tone and build your body to its peak performance. Boxing Bootcamp may incorporate weights, agility drills, TRX bands, shadow boxing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises. class combines boxing moves and kicks for a fast –paced, total body workout.
