I am a Group Fitness Instructor who LOVES to lead Pound classes and all varieties of AMPD programs. Currently we still have permission to lead Pound classes virtually as well as in person so all of my classes are both. My AMPD classes are also a mix of both virtual and in person.
Both programs are pre-choreographed to music and so much fun. AMPD formats include:
Strength uses weighted bar
Burn is Barre inspired
PowerFlow is yoga inspired and both Burn and PowerFlow use kettlebell and bands.
