Colleen B. Wiechnik

Hi, I'm Colleen! I am a Fitness Personal Trainer and I'm here to help you get fit and stay fit.

 

I prepare, motivate and instruct my clients to teach them correct exercise techniques along with developing proper nutritional habits.

Jenean Beke has gone from 136 lbs on Jan. 12, 2015 to 122 lbs on May 13, 3015. To the left are the before and after pictures of Jenean. She is 37 year-old full-time mother of two and full-time employee. Jenean worked with Colleen once a week doing plyometrics and strength training. She managed to continue her weight loss by consistently meeting with Colleen to do strength training, suspension training and plyometric training. 

 

As of: 8/29/2015: Jenean is 117 and happy! 

 

Jenean recently competed in the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilding’s “Battle for the Belt”, where she placed 5th in the Class B Novice Division 

Colleen runs a great class for kids and makes working out really fun! She challenges children out of their comfort zone but meets the kids on their level.  The workouts are always different and my children looked forward to each session.
